Catherine has counseled hundreds of clients on their metabolic health, reviewed thousands of hours of glucose data and recorded meals while recommending nutritional adjustments to improve metabolic health. What Made You Focus on Nutrition and Dietetics?
I love being a registered dietitian because I truly believe in the power of food as medicine but also that developing healthy eating habits are essential to longevity. Using the technology we have today alongside tried-and-true nutrition practices can make a powerful difference in a person’s metabolic health. I love to help my patients making lasting changes that improve their quality of life.
What Are the Goals of Your Approach to Treatment?
My goal for any patient I see is to help them achieve long-lasting habits that become a lifestyle for optimal health.
Do You Do Any Non-Profit or Philanthropic Work?
I have previously been on the board of a local nutrition education non-profit as well as on the board of the Junior League of Greenwich. I volunteer locally with my family as I am able.
